Gemini Integra RF80
Gemini Telscope Design is offering an innovative product that will solve your focusing and rotating needs with a short backfocus.
The focussing function of the Integra RF80 is based on 3 fine pitch leadscrews running in special low friction nuts that provide high loading capacity (the unit stalls under18 kg load !!). The leadscrews are connected by a reinforced belt to ensure minimum backlash. A powerful rear-earth magnet hybrid stepper motor turns the drive pinion.
The rotator is using a traditional wormwheel with 360 teeth and the hybrid stepper is connected directly to the worm. A special dual bearing combination is ensuring that your camera is held in position as precisely as possible.
Integra RF80 must be connected to the telescope by 3pc M6 screws and 3 pushscrews provide the possibility to precisely collimate the focusser.
Aluminium, copper and stainless steel is used to build up this robust product.
The Integra RF80 adapts best to large RC-s, Dall-Kirkhams, SCs and other Cassegrain like telescopes but we can provide adapters for Newtonians as well.
