For standard products payment must be made before delivery. For custom orders a 50% downpayment is necessary with your order. Payment should be made by Bank Transfer. Delivery for standard products is within 2-8 wks. Sorry, Credit Cards are not accepted.

We ship with an economy parcel service (tipical charges range from EUR 25 to 110). Delivery is during normal office hours only. Parcel tracking at www.gls-holding.com . TNT Express is also available, will ship faster but the charges are higher.

Please contact Gemini before returning any items for repair! REMOVE ALL ACCESORIES FROM THE EQUATORIAL HEAD (adpter, polar finder)!!!! Please SHIP in the ORIGINAL transport case ONLY! A handling fee of EUR 50 is applicable in any other case.

Your total purchase price is made up of the following items
1 - EU Countries: invoice value of the product (net), shipping cost, 25% sales tax (or VAT, MWS, IVA).
